How we choose the people who visit your home and parents
Every SafeNRI partner goes through the same checks before their first task, and is rated after every visit. You can always ask for - The partner's name and photo before a visit - The visit time, agreed in advance - Receipts for every rupee spent - A different partner, at no cost Our promises - Big jobs paid in stages, each after you see proof - Never cash to a partner. We pay them ourselves - Copies, not originals, unless the law needs them Book a free call
Our five checks
- Identity and address Government ID and address are verified in person.
- References We speak to at least two past clients or employers.
- Trial task The first task is supervised and reviewed by our team.
- Code of conduct Partners sign our rules: photo proof, no cash without receipts, and full privacy for your family.
- Ongoing ratings You rate every task. Partners who fall below our standard stop receiving work.

Problem: Calls go unanswered
With SafeNRI: One named relationship manager. A reply within one working day, and calls at a time that suits your time zone.
Problem: They take money and disappear
With SafeNRI: You pay only after we confirm the price in writing. Bigger jobs are split into stages, and you pay each stage after you see proof.
Problem: Nothing is in writing
With SafeNRI: Every request gets a reference number. Quotes, approvals, photos and receipts are in writing, and saved in your SafeNRI account.
Problem: They don't understand you, or your parents
With SafeNRI: We speak English, Hindi and Marathi, and talk to your parents in the language they are comfortable with.
Problem: Cash and unsafe payments
With SafeNRI: You pay SafeNRI by bank transfer or a secure payment link, always with an invoice. Never cash to a partner: we pay our partners ourselves.
Problem: Your documents could be misused
With SafeNRI: We ask for copies unless an original is legally needed. Originals travel by tracked courier, are photographed on arrival and on return, and copies are deleted when your task is done if you ask.
Problem: Your family's details get shared
With SafeNRI: Your address, documents and family details go only to the one partner doing the job, who has signed our privacy and conduct rules.
Problem: Unverified vendors
With SafeNRI: Every partner is ID and address verified, reference-checked and does a supervised trial before working for you. You see their name and photo before a visit.
Problem: Inexperienced people learning on your file
With SafeNRI: Our team has handled 5,000+ applications for NRIs in 79+ countries. Legal and tax work goes to a qualified lawyer or CA partner.
